Order Cancellation & Return Policy

How do I cancel my order? You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. For cancellation requests made after 24 hours (but before the order has shipped), a 5% handling fee will be charged.

For in-stock items, orders are sent to our fulfillment warehouse quickly. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return based on our policy below. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

What is the refund and warranty policy for brand-new products?

  • Products can be returned up to 14 days after receipt from purchase or delivery.

  • For products over 14 days of delivery, the return window will be closed.

How do I make a return? If you need to return a product within the 14-day return policy, please contact us with your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

Important note on returns:

  • Please make sure that your product is in its original condition and packaging.

  • For non-quality issues: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

  • For quality issues or other problems: We offer a convenient "partial refund and keep the product" policy. Instead of shipping the item back, please contact our customer service team to negotiate a fair partial refund based on the specific situation.

  • If you are shipping a product back to us, please use a traceable shipping method and provide us with the tracking number after you have shipped the return package to ensure we receive it.

When will the refund credit appear on my credit card? Once we receive your returned product (or once a partial refund is agreed upon), the refund credit will be processed and appear on your credit card account within a few business days. The exact timeframe for the credit to be reflected may vary depending on your financial institution's processing time. We appreciate your patience in this process.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request: Contact our customer service team via email.

  2. Provide Details: Indicate the Order(s)/Item(s) you would like to return (or request a partial refund for) and the reason. Please attach photos if there is a quality issue.

     

  3. Wait for a Response: Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours.

     

  4. Confirm the Resolution: Confirm the "Return Method" and "Refund Details" (or negotiate the partial refund amount).

     

  5. Ship the Item: Pack your return item(s) securely (if a physical return is required).

  6. Confirm your Refund: We will process the refund once the agreement is met or the item is received.
